Perivolos lies between Vlihada and Perissa. Wonderfull endless beach, ideal when north winds are blowing with a litle lighter sand than Perissa (dark grey). Perivolos is the place to have a great time in the well organized beach bars and restaurants. Beach bars are lots of fun, they combine a "day club scene" with swimsuits, beach volley and happenings.

Beautiful beaches, traditional tavernas and a laid-back buzz -Santorini is brimming with tempting spots like this. But not all beaches are created equal. In the sand stakes, Perivolos is definitely at the top of the heap. We're not talking the kind of ten-a-penny golden sands you'll find anywhere in the world either. In pretty PERIVOLOS you'll find sparkling black sand that stretches as far as the eye can see. It's washed by luminous turquoise waters so clear you can see the sun shimmering off the black pebble bottom. And it's one of the most tranquil beaches in SANTORINI island, too. Put simply, it's gorgeous. That's not to say there's nothing to do here. There's plenty of watersports on offer down on the shore. Not to mention a generous sprinkling of bars and restaurants. Spend lazy sundrenched days dancing across the waves on a jetski. Tuck into steaming hot pitta breads and houmous at a seafront taverna.
